Based on the case study document:
1. Identify 4 main challenges that are faced by the company in this case study. From a HRM perspective, and using relevant HRM theories and concepts, critically analyse and explain in detail why the company is faced with these challenges.
2. In order to effectively address the challenges identified in Part 1, and to ensure the future sustainable growth of the company, develop and justify a 5-year strategic HR plan, giving particular considerations to the formulation of realistic HRM objectives and their successful implementation.
Specific issues to be considered in the strategic plan:
• Organization and control.
• Management styles and employee relations.
• Cross-cultural management.
• Implementation of HRM processes (functions) such as recruitment and selection; improving motivation; training development, reward and compensation.
