Assessment 1: Project proposal:

Student must submit the proposal of their chosen project to be agreed by the Project Supervisor and approved by the Module Coordinator.

What project do you plan to undertake (have you done)?

What are the professional goals and objectives to be achieved? (You must set SMART goals/objectives).

Assessment 2 Workbook Completion

Reflective log over 12 weeks which should focus on your accomplishments and reflections on the working or learning experience as a whole:–

How did you plan your activities?

Have you managed to reach the goals projected?

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Project:

A detailed description of the project undertaken, including the following

• What skills, knowledge and attributes did you demonstrate/gain during the working or learning experience?
• Discussion around the Iron Triangle.
• Practical application of ideas: Integration of theory and practice.
• What were the barriers and the strengths of that experience?
• Were the goals and objectives set out in the proposal met?

Action Plan. What will you do differently in this type of situation next time? What steps are you going to take based on what you have learnt?

Plan and describe future actions aimed at improving your next working or learning experience.
