The Gleaming Database is getting less order and they are not helping the organization in increasing the sales. The number of orders for May is 3 and the total number of orders sold is 8 which is making it less important for the organization. The organization will have to include the cost of making the Gleaming Database which is not giving them revenue. They should focus on the candles which are sold in large quantities and the number of orders is high which will help the organization in making the strategy for achieving success. The organization is having the candles which are giving them more sales and on average, the quantity sold is 5 and they should reduce the production of Gleaming Database because they are not helping in improving the performance. The organization can have the type of candle where the orders are less and the numbers of products sold are more. The kind of candle they should make is Sparkling Cinnamon, Twilight Wildflower and Fierce Ocean. The organization should focus on the candles that are helping them in increasing performance. The Sparkling Cinnamon, Twilight Wildflower is getting the number of orders and the average order is 5 products by the total number of products sold is more so they are helping the organization in increasing the sales Focus on products that increase sales of the organization- The sales will be improved by focusing on the products that are giving a large number of orders and the numbers of orders sold is more. It will help them in focusing on the best products of the organization. Loss-giving products- The organization will increase sales by reducing the products that are not helping them in improving the performance. From the above report, it is concluded that the organization should focus on the strategies that are helping them in improving the performance. The organization is having many products and they have to select winch is the best so that they will be able to increase the sales. They should focus on the products that are used by the customers.
