Business Policy and Strategy

To survive and thrive in the long run in a highly competitive market a proper, effective and adequate business policy is required to be drafted and implemented by a management of a business entity. The management in drafting the business policy should consider the future business goals and objectives of the business entity. Further, the available business financial health should be considered in drafting the business policy of the business entity. For an example of the same, if the available funds in the hands of a business entity is $ 100000 and the bank of the business entity has agreed to invest in the business entity through bank loans of $ 100000. Then, the management should draft a business plan compensating the fund available with the business entity. Business policies should be drafted by the management of a business entity in consideration to the lower-level staffs working in the ground for the business entity. Without obtaining information from workers, staffs pr employees no operating business policy can be drafted by a business entity. The business policies are the governing documents that get used in the daily business functioning of the business entity. Hence, the business policies should be properly documented and communicated to all the departments of the business entity. The Business policies or procedures are the written guidelines that get developed for the business entity by the owners or managers of the business entity to govern and regulate its daily and regular business actions. Business policy documents are the set of rules and regulations set by the business managers for governing the activities of the business entity to be used in its operations. Without having a proper business policy draft a business entity would not be able to achieve its long run goals and objectives. In other words, it can be said that, the significant issues affecting organizational success and the decisions affecting organization in long-run are required to be covered in the business policy documents.
