Determinants of Capital Structure In UK Banks

There are several determinants that are included to measure the structure of capital in United Kingdom banks. The structure of capital in UK banks differs according to the type and nature of business they carry out in the economy. Furthermore, the study will be focusing upon the issues faced by the banks in UK concerning their capital structure highlighting the issue about the methods of collection of revenue and investment that is carried out in the economy of United Kingdom. Moreover, the causes of the issue are also highlighted in the study relating the issues of revenue collection and investment decision making. As the issues of investment and revenue collection are concerned, there are several determinants that denotes towards the corporate investment that is carried out more than the other investment in the economy. Therefore, yielding the appropriate rate of interest from them as assigned time makes it difficult for the UK banks to carry out further investment due to deficit of funds. The issue has been raised now due to growth in the corporate sector resulting in the hike of demand of capital from financial market.

• What are the major determinants of capital while determining the capital structure of UK?
• What are the issues faced by the banks in UK economy?
• What are the issues faced by the banks while dealing with the investment and revenue collection?
