The current dissertation contains analysis on the impacts of implementing Appreciative Inquiry techniques on organizational leanings and culture of the organization. The research will be based on both primary as well as secondary data related with appreciative inquiry process. As the process of appreciative inquiry deals with identification of the activities which are working well, use of such strategies is effective to motivate staffs. The research focuses on assessing the Appreciative Inquiry techniques used in BP. The dissertation also includes the discussion on processes of developing learning culture in organizations. The impact of implementing Appreciative Inquiry techniques on learning process of organization will be assessed using the theories related with Appreciative Inquiry and organizational learning. The research will also include analysis of primary data. Qualitative and quantitative approach will be used for collection of primary data. The Appreciative Inquiry techniques used by BP management for developing the organizational learning culture will be assessed as part of primary data analysis. The qualitative data will be collected by conducting interviews of the managers. Survey among staff of BP will be conducted to collect quantitative data.
