Apple management gives importance on introducing completely new and innovative products in market. The management encourages its employees to design innovative products. However management of the organisation also focuses on using new technology in organisational activities. The current dissertation is based on assessing the influence of organisational learning capability on product innovation performance of Apple. Both primary and secondary data related with the topic will be used to understand the impact of organisational learning capability on product innovation. Product innovation theories along with organisational learning models will be assessed to identify relationships between the two. The primary data related to the topic will be analysed using descriptive method It will enable the researcher to use both qualitative and quantitative data. The quantitative data can be collected by arranging interviews among managers who are related with product innovation process in Apple. The qualitative data will be used to understand how organisational learning ability facilitates product innovation in Apple. The quantitative data can be collected by conducting survey among staffs who are involved in product innovation process in Apple. It will be used to understand how organisational learning ability in Apple influences the process of adapting new technology.
