Achieving Balance and Synergy: Organizational Survival Growth Employee Development and Aspirations in BP

The current dissertation includes discussion on how individual learning promotes organizational learning. This research will be conducted using both primary and secondary data. At first stage    of the research the study will deal with exploration and analysis of the theories which are related with individual learning as well as organizational learning in different firms. In this study, the theories, which are related with development process of employees, will also be assessed. The current research also focuses on identification of the relationship between  individual learning and organizational learning. Both qualitative and quantitative data analysis   will be conducted as part of the research. The current dissertation focuses on analysis of the  effects of individual learning and development on organizational learning of BP.   Managers   of BP will be interviewed for collecting qualitative data. Survey among employees of BP will also be conducted to analyze quantitative data. The primary data will also be analyzed to   understand how BP management implements strategies for promoting   growth   of   the employees. The primary data will also be used to identify how employee development strategies are used   for achieving organizational developments   in BP.
