Success Viability of Paid Domains Over the Non-Paid Domains in Internet

Ensuring that one gets an easy and accessible domain for business or other purpose is the first general requirement that is looked at by the potential users while registering for a new domain name. generally, the country code follows a domain name while it is registered in case the domain happens to be a paid one. If it is an unpaid domain, then, it is either followed by the .com requirement or any other hash function. Of late, it is seen that several domains are pre parked and the payments on the domains are kept on hold while the overdue payments are not subjected to any legal scrutiny. As such, various security functions get associated with it and the domain gets polluted while there may be several potential and genuine users who might be waiting in a queue to get hold of the domain. This is where this dissertation crops in. it would look into the success rate of the paid domains and establish the ill effects of the unpaid ones.

The research questions are as follows:

• What is the role of DNS in controlling domains?
• How far is the CNPJ document authenticated by payment?
• On whom does the power of Attorney over a domain name lie?
• What is the statistical data to establish that paid domains are more successful than unpaid ones?
