Tsunami

Tsunamis are large waves caused by earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, or other underwater explosions. When they reach shore, they can cause widespread destruction, including flooding, landslides, and damage to buildings and infrastructure. The effects of a tsunami can be both immediate and long-term, and can have significant economic, social, and environmental consequences.

There are several causes of tsunamis, including:

    Meteorites: In rare cases, tsunamis can be caused by meteorites falling into the ocean. The impact of a meteorite can displace a large volume of water, creating a tsunami.
