Evaluating contemporary research, discuss the psychological characteristics of a successful student (1000 words) I want to be make it by the following

scheme : -

Introduction:

What are you defining as a successful student? What Psychological characteristics for the module are you looking at ?

My topics that I choose are: Motivation and Personality.

In my topics I wants to be discussed : Motivation: conscious motivation, unconscious motivation, need for achievement , approach motivation, avoidance motivation.

Theories of motivation :

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs! Intrinsic and Extrinsic Theory of Motivation! (Very important)

Personality:

Theories of Personality : Locus of control (very important) Models of Personality : The big five and Hexaco.

Main argument :

Review and discuss the scientific evidence. How do the psychological characteristics linked to student success.

Conclusion :

What are the main points from the evidence. What are broader implications of your findings . References need to be from academic journals and Harvard journal articles.
