However, when China first established diplomatic relations with Pakistan on May 21, 1951, Sino-Pakistani relations were not so good. Until 1965, the second broke out. After the India-Pakistan War, the relations between the two countries began to become friendly. With the support of the United States and the Soviet Union, India has always had the upper hand in the war. Because China and India had just fought a war in 1962, the relationship between China and India was not good, so China began to support Pakistan to resist military threats from India. . China has provided Pakistan with a large amount of military equipment and dispatched many military staff officers to command operations for Pakistan. During the war aid period, Sino-Pakistani relations quickly warmed up. In 1966, China and Pakistan discovered that the transportation between the two countries was inconvenient, and it was very difficult to exchange many materials and personnel. China and Pakistan began to decide to build the Karakoram Highway. China sacrificed many people in the process of aid. After the final construction was completed, Pakistan built a cemetery for martyrs to commemorate the workers who sacrificed for the friendship between China and Pakistan. In modern times, China has also been helping Pakistan, whose economic development is not as good as ours, to build its domestic economy and help Pakistan build many roads. Pakistan is also very good to China. Whenever a major disaster occurs in China, the Pakistani people will always do their utmost to help us as soon as possible. In 2008, China experienced the Wenchuan Earthquake-special natural disaster. After Pakistani nationals heard about it, they immediately used the only four domestic transport planes and emptied all the domestic reserve tents totaling 22,260 to support China. In 2020, a severe new crown epidemic broke out. As soon as Pakistan learned of this news, it began to raise medical supplies across the country and packaged the supplies to China. Along with the medical supplies to China, there were also Pakistani medical staff. They endured the pain of a long journey and rushed to China in a freight car. Regarding the relationship between the two countries, it has not only been recognized by the government, but also by the people. The Chinese intimately call Pakistan "Pakistan Rail", and the Pakistanis even publicly declared in their textbooks that "China is Pakistan's most iron ally." In 2015, the leaders of China and Pakistan signed a "Joint Statement between the People's Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on Establishing an All-weather Strategic Partnership of Cooperation". This statement shows that China-Pakistan relations have reached a new level. China and Pakistan promise each other that no matter what happens to the domestic political situation or the international situation, China and  Pakistan will firmly support each other.
