Your new online t-shirt company (UCreate) is gaining popularity and increasing in sales due to an innovative technology that allows customers to design and produce their own t-shirts in various personalized styles. Your current employee base is made up of 20 family members and friends that manage sales, marketing, finances, production, shipping and online technology.
