Test Day

?Students are required to download the test, complete the test, and submit the completed test via Turnitin no later than Sunday November 21 11pm EST

Essay Questions

Answer both questions.  Marks are noted by each question.  Include relevant legislation, theories, business concepts, and statistics in each answer.  Fifty marks total.

1. Provide a detailed legal argument of why you would or would not recommend a mandated COVID-19 policy for organizational employees in Ontario? Support your answer with precise and relevant legislation, case law, and industry examples.

2. Assume your organization mandates a COVID-19 vaccination policy for all organizational employees. Explain the organizational and HRM strategies of this policy and specifically what each HRM function would be required to do to implement this policy.  Support your answer with peer reviewed journal articles and industry best practices.
