Description of Selected Community Service Sector and Management Challenges

This assessment will require you to research and review the operation of one of the following types of community service sectors operating in Australia:

• Support service for youth experiencing mental health and homelessness;

• Support service for women and children experiencing family violence.

Your essay must include the following:

• A description of the service sector you have chosen and identification of two management challenges that the service sector might face;

• An analysis of two partnerships that services operating in this sector could establish to help address the management challenges identified;

• Discuss the importance of innovation in the context of the community service sector you have selected.

You must use APA 7 referencing. Your written essay should include at least 8 peer reviewed (scholarly) journal articles or book chapters, in addition to any textbook references, reports by service organizations and government reports or websites.
