You are required to develop an information sheet for front-line workers on an ergonomics topic. The topic can be office or industrial based but should be relevant to front-line workers daily work activities.

The information sheet should be no longer than 2-pages in length, neat, easy to read, and when feasible include pictures or diagrams. Items that should be covered in the information sheet should include:
· Description of the concern,
· How it may impact a front-line worker
· Strategies to mitigate the concern.
· Pictures or diagrams to illustrate the concerns and/or the recommendations.
Information provided on the hand-out should be referenced. All pictures or diagrams should also be referenced. References may be placed on a third page. The rubric is included with the assignment, but can also be downloaded here:

Method
1. Select an ergonomic topic relevant to an office or industrial setting.
2. Select a topic from the approved topic list below. If you have an idea for another topic, please e-mail the instructor for approval prior to beginning using the email icon above or by following the "contact us" instructions. The examples provided are generic in nature. You could have a specific ergonomic concern at your workplace that would benefit from preparing an information sheet on the hazards, and recommended methods to eliminate or reduce those hazards.
3. Complete background research on the topic.
