Assignment Instructions Use a report format to propose a small business venture. Consider exactly what product you will sell or what service you will provide. Consider your competition as well as the legalities, tariffs, taxes, and trends that may affect the business. Your proposal should contain enough information to convince the target audience to approve your venture. Balance argumentative and informative rhetorical strategies. Use academic research guidelines when sourcing and citing supporting evidence. Answering the following questions may be helpful to get you started: What is your business idea? Why is it necessary? Who needs the products or the service? Who are the competition? What legalities, tariffs, taxes, or trends have to be considered? Why should your business idea be approved? Submitting the Assignment The final version of your essay will be submitted as an electronic copy (in MS Word file format) uploaded to Moodle by July 19 at midnight.
