Assessing Cybersecurity Initiatives: Interview Questions and Artifacts

For each of the 11 initiatives:

a) List 3 interview questions you want to ask for the project manager. For each of the questions, explain your rationale and also how it will be mapped onto the NIST CSF framework. These 3 questions should help you assess the “success” of the project.

b) List 3 additional artifacts you want to see during your assessment, and these artifacts should be different than the ones listed in the “Key Milestones” table.
