The impacts from an environmental perspective.

These might include:

· carbon footprint and pollution

· sustainability (e.g. long-term improvements; environmental awareness; technological innovation) The impacts from a social perspective. These might include:

· intangible benefits (e.g. social cohesion; morale; entertainment)

· regeneration opportunities
