You are required to write a report of 2000 words (+/- 10%) that discusses the wellbeing of ONE of the following groups or contexts:
·Children
·Young people
·People with mental health issues
·Older people
·Wellbeing in the workplace
You are permitted to use sub-headings in this assessment. Your report should follow this format:
Explanation of TWO concepts that relate to wellbeing
Discussion of the main issues relating to the wellbeing of your selected group/context
Discussion of strategies/initiatives that seek to enhance the wellbeing of your selected group/context
Reference list (Note – the reference list is not included in the word count)
This assignment has been designed to provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate your achievement of the following module learning outcomes:
1.Identify and discuss the principal global and national influences on the emergence of the wellbeing agenda.
2.Demonstrate an understanding of the holistic relationship between physical and mental health and wellbeing for a range of diverse populations groups.
3.Demonstrate an understanding of the influence of community engagement, social inclusion and inequality on the attainment of wellbeing.

Work that is submitted up to 10 working days beyond the submission date will be accepted as a late submission. Late submissions will be marked and the actual mark recorded, but will be capped at the pass mark (typically 40%), provided that the work is of a passing standard. Work submitted after this period will not be marked and will be treated as a non-submission.
