You are to critically assess your existing leadership and management capabilities using a range of academic and theoretical models in order to identify your leadership strengths and weaknesses. You are to then develop and plan a range of leadership and management development activities to address any specific weaknesses and extend and enhance any existing strengths. You will build a supporting e-portfolio of evidence outlining activities and events that your led or participated in that will inform and support your 1,000-word self-reflection report.
