The submission of a written essay that discusses a business types and functions using a wide variety of research materials ( 1,500 words). Module code and title: MGBBT0U CT – Understanding Customers Module leader: Hamza Javaid Assignment No. and type: Essay 1 ,500 words Assessment weighting: 50% Submission time and date: By : 2pm Monday 06 th December 202 1 Target feedback time and date: 3 weeks from final submission 2 Understanding Customers The essay must include : a) Theories covered in the class sessions for understanding the micr o aspect of consumer behavior. b) Theories covered in the class sessions for understanding the macro aspect of consumer behavior. c) You should include examples of industry practice from different organisations. A suggested format would be to create a two paragraphs of 400 words each, within the main section of the essay for each of the questions . The remaining 300 words should be used for the introduction and conclusion of this essay tas k, as is explained in the assignment guide. You must reference all information used in the essay using the Harvard Referencing Guide. See attached grid for grade descriptors. How your work will be assessed Your work will be assessed on the extent to which it shows your achievement of the stated learning outcome for this assessment (see above) and against other key criteria, as defined in the University’s institutional grading descriptors. If it is appropriat e to the format of your assignment and your subject area, a proportion of your marks will also depend upon your use of academic referencing conventions.
