In your Case Study you have to choose what methodological approaches you would choose to design a user-centred entertainment service to enhance audience cinema-going experiences. Case Study Content:
The structure of your Case Study report section should have the following subheadings (i.e. subsections):
· Analysis of topic given – this should include an analysis of the methodologies that you would consider to employ to design a cinema-going entertainment service to enhance User Experience (UX). Part of this analysis should be discussing the pros and cons of the methods you will be following, explaining your choices (you can refer to the literature review section to support your choices) and explain also which methods you will be using at which stages in the Service
Design process. Furthermore, you need to discuss any alternatives (e.g. in case a method cannot be used for a reason, what other alternative ones you could use and why). Again, please use discussed literature (and the literature and topics we discussed in class) to support your analyses and choices.
· Recommendations and Implementation Plan – here you discuss in more detail the methods you choose to use to design the entertainment cinema-going service e.g. what resources will you need, who is going to be applying and executing the methods, how each method will contribute to the specific Service Design, what risks are involved and how to resolve these. You also need to provide a clear timeplan for your implementation of these methods in your
Envisioned Service Design project time. The timeplan can include a Gannt chart highlighting milestones, duration of the method execution, deliverables etc. Remember the timeplan needs to demonstrate validity and feasibility.
Conclusions – this is going to be a paragraph highlighting the key points of all the report (including literature review and case study)
1: Has the literature review question been clearly addressed?
2: Is the literature review style clear and readable?
3: Have appropriate literature resources been used? (depth and relevance)
