IF3060 Researching Discrimination
The assessment is in two parts – a plan and an assessed report. The plan carries no marks for the module. The aim of the plan is to complete some of your work early in the semester, receive some feedback and help you manage your time for the final assessment. If you submit your work late you will receive no feedback to assist you with your final piece of assessed work. Plan Read the instructions for the final report so you understand what your assessed task is. There is no word limit for this task. Your plan should include the following: • The title of your research project – based on the general topic of discrimination you will choose a more focused area • Background reading – evidence that you have read around your topic and some notes about what you have found • Aims and method, including details of who you are planning on interviewing • A first draft of your interview questions.
