In this assignment you will be critically analysing the corporate implementation of sustainability policies and reflecting on how their values align to your current employability profile.
You must pick from one of these 6 companies:

As an introduction, carry out an analysis of your chosen company. Identify how this company has embedded sustainability and ethical practice into their
forthcoming corporate objectives. 500 words

In order to highlight your current personal characteristics (and employability profile) complete at least two personality tests reviewed in your workshops (Belbin Team roles, Myers & Briggs, Skills Audit, Emotional Intelligence etc.).
These will identify your personal employability strengths and weaknesses. Use these to complete a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis of your skills and competencies.
All parts of the above must be submitted as part of your assignment Appendices.
