Brief: Write an academic report that addresses the conversion of Sports Centre to Covid Hospital
Section 1 (5% ,200 words)
Introduction- Definition, Rationale behind the adoption and usage of the tools - Work Breakdown Structure, Network Diagram, Gantt Chart and Resource levelled Schedule in covid hospital.

Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with 20-30 ‘child’ work packages that details the activities involved in all phases of the lifecycle including project management activities.

Using the work packages from your WBS create a network diagram (ND) with the duration of a month including the duration, ES/EF, LS/LF and float time estimates and showing any dependencies on previous packages. Highlight the critical path(s) in your diagram.

Critically analyse how the project manager may use these tools to plan, monitor and manage the scope and delivery of the project to meet client requirements, including any changes that may be required during the project.
