Navigating Teamwork: Self and Peer Assessment in Group Essay

Using the criteria discussed in class, assess how well you have all worked together as a team by evaluating your own contribution to the group work (self-assessment) and that of each of your colleagues (peer assessment).  Explain the aspects of the assignment that were most challenging for you and how you worked through this together to ensure success.  

This section should be written and submitted individually and the class tutor will moderate the marks where necessary, so each member of the group may receive a different mark.

When assessing yourself and your peers think about strengths and weaknesses in areas such as, were you/they: cover all these points

Indicative descriptors:

70-100% - substantial evidence of contribution and participation including: high levels of research, preparation, understanding, reflection and insight; plus a consistently positive approach to cooperating and collaborating with others.

40-69% - adequate evidence of moderate level of contribution and participation as above.

0-39% - minimal evidence of low level contribution and participation as above

One of the key strengths is that I have always been positive and confident regarding my aims and targets.
