  3. Production of detailed design and fabrication drawings along with the designer’s risk assessment.
  4. Piling for all three piers substructure as well as the pad foundations for the two end abutments.
  5. Installation of other mechanical and electrical items along with parapets and lightings.
  6. Construct the cast-in-situ segments to connect precast segments connecting to them respectively.
  7. Construction of cast in-situ prestressed cantilever segments using form travelers from piers and abutments at either ends.
  8. Complete prestressed integral approach spans with appropriate overhangs
  9. PM to ensure the Fabrication of two main trusses & the precast segments for the approach spans.
  10. Casting of concrete decks inside the trusses and filling up with ballast.
  11. Fixing of sleepers, rails in place after joining approach spans rails and install expansion joints.
  12. Construction of two end abutments and all three intermediate piers for approach spans.
  13. Completion of the project followed by handover to the client along with the H&S file to become the operation manual during the service life of the structure.
