The company now wants to create a marketing plan to launch their lifetime product. Occasion Ltd. has allocated three months to market Life Time . You have been hired as a marketing consultant by Life Time to propose a marketing project plan to launch Life Time. You are required: (1) To create the marketing project proposal for Life Time. The project proposal should include the resources required, likely risks and mitigation, and budget needed to carry out the marketing plan. (2) To create a PowerPoint presentation that you would present to the management to get their approval to proceed with implementing the marketing plan. It has invested over ã4 million in research and development , hiring software engineers and timepiece inventors. They are aware of the highly competitive market that they hav e planned to enter , and n ow they recognise the need for expert marketeers to help them penetrate the market. As a consultant marketee r, your role is to propose a marketing plan that will last twelve weeks and a budget of ã100,000. The project proposal should s tate the specific marketing goals you aim to achieve ââ¬â such as capturing three percent of the market share or generating revenue of ã7 million in the first quarter. The project proposal needs to highlight the benefits, risk factors, and budget so t hat the management can consider the viability of the marketing plan. Remember, you are a marketing consultant hired to write a marketing project proposal to convince the management to decide to go ahead with the marketing project. Assignment Brief Academic Year 20 22 /23 DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK ââ¬â WHAT YOU ARE BEING ASKED TO DO? 1. Prepare an annotated PowerPoint presentation (8 -10 slides maximum) to present to the management of Occasion Ltd. The slides should detail the marketing project proposal and rationale - carry out relevant research e.g., background information on the smart watch marke t size, competitors etc, potential customers and the likelihood of success) (LO1) [500 words] a. The presentation slides should be attached to the report as an appendix. Include speaker notes at the bottom of each slide to explain the key points on the slide (Max 500 words). YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DO A LIVE PRESENTATION. Keep the slides succinct and use bullet points where necessary to be brief.
