Tasks

1.Working in groups of two or three, prepare a 10 minute presentation (with an additional 5 minutes for questions) to the board, setting out your initial thoughts about the case:

ï‚·How you will set about developing your business case project specification for the case study.
ï‚·How you will develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
ï‚·How you will manage stakeholder engagement.
Your presentation should be no more than 16 slides and will be delivered in seminar sessions. You will be marked on presentation, content and the ability to deal with questions.

2.As a Group write a short report setting out the main methodology background that will need to be addressed and justify your case study and to resolving them. The report should also identify the skillsets required to address this project in terms of human resources and potential need for recruitment. The report should include a detailed project specification and work breakdown structure for this project using Word, Excel or MS Project. Credit to be given for the quality of the WBS i.e. sensible deliverables and evident hierarchy. Document all the assumptions for this project Specification. The report must be appropriately structured and reference the literature.
