When you answer each question, be sure to consider the type of metrics used, the effectiveness of the information conveyed, and the methodology used to analyze the information. Each question will be graded based upon your ability to analyze the information provided, effectively communicate insights noted in the document, and finally draw parallels to ensure your target audience understands the applicability of the information.

Question 4 – Contrast, compare and summarize
Looking at all three sources, it is safe to say cybercrime is a global problem of epic proportions. How would a threat assessment of a nation state actor (e.g. China) differ from an organized crime actor (e.g. Carder.su)? Be sure to include the motivations and profile differences in your analysis. Finally, provide an opinion on which you feel presents a more significant threat and why.
