Assignment Tasks: Identify and analyze the dispute resolution process available in your workplace or previous workplace, with particular attention to: confidentiality, timing and fair resolution, fostering trust, and facilitating growth in relations. Identify a conflict that occurred in your workplace from the past or present. Explain the nature of the conflict, the participants’ positions, and the approach used to manage/resolve the problem in relation to conflict and resolution described in the course. What, if any, changes would you make in the approach used to respell this conflict? Relate this to approached learned in the course. Your assignment is to be submitted in MS WORD format.
