A minimum of 4 community health concepts/nodes are selected for in depth discussion (examples concepts could include but are not limited to: harm reductions, health promotion, community resilience, health literacy or primary health care). This discussion should include, but is not limited to answering the question of how is each concept demonstrated/applied/analyzed in relation to the issue or trend that you have chosen in your community?

The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate having met the course learning outcomes through the creation of your personal concept map of community health promotion, while examining and articulating how you apply a variety of those concepts in your current nursing practice setting. The following are the guidelines for the scholarly paper: Start with an introduction stating the purpose and strategy for the assignment. Identify the setting and chosen community.

Present the issues or stats related to the community client as well as their strengths. A minimum of 4 community health concepts/outlying nodes from your concept map are selected for in depth discussion. Include a definition of the concept that is supported by literature. This discussion should include how each of the 4 community health concepts were demonstrated and /or would be applied and /or analyzed in relation to the issue or trend that you have chosen in your community. (tip- Assignment 1b relates to the concept map and with the same- chosen community ( in the central node of the map) as well as the 4 concepts ( from the map) that you discuss in relation to your chosen community.
