1.Identify and describe two important values that are important to you and drive your actions and behaviours. The two important values of mine is achievement and health. Achievement is the value important for me because as everyone individual get one life and in this life I want to achieve my life goals. However, Health is also important for me because if individual have good health he/she can achieve anything in the life. 2.Identify why they are important to you. Being kind, in my opinion, does not include simply doing or saying things to make someone feel good or better. It's much more than that when we truly care about someone and want to help them. Being truthful means always telling the truth. Honesty can bring criticism, which can be painful at times, but it may also help people develop in areas where they are lacking. If people are educated,They can have better lives if they willingly accept the facts. As a result, these two values are extremely essential to me because they enable a person to live a true and tension-free life by ensuring that everything is clear and solved. 3.Describe what it looks like when you are exercising these values (here you might give personal examples of how they show up for you). These two values don't need to be studied like a test; if you believe it, you'll enjoy doing it, and you'll feel happy and gratified every time you do. When you're aiding a buddy who is experiencing financial troubles with her tuition payments, or when you're truly caring for your sister who is depressed since she failed her exam. Kindness is much more than just showing others that you care.take into consideration A helping hand can help others overcome many major problems, not just for known people but even for strangers. Honesty is another important factor. Being genuine can make you a villain in some situations, but it also allows you to be honest with others, including yourself, about problems. When my brother was putting together his play for his drama class, I told him how proud I was of him.He needed to practise more because he wasn't doing well. Despite the positive feedback he received from friends and acquaintances, he went through the audition procedure and was not chosen, despite his overconfidence in his pocket. He was accepted this time, and I acquired trust and faith in him after advising him to practise more and telling him the parts where he was poor. 4.Describe some challenges that these values have presented for you. i.e. what happens when you are in situations where these values are not being honoured? Being kind and honest can make a lot of people think you're faking it and doing it only to attract attention, which they don't enjoy. Like when you tell a friend that the dress they're wearing isn't flattering on them and that they shouldn't wear it on their wedding day. Then they believe we are saying all of this because we are it hurts sometimes because we stated our honest view, but it's acceptable since we're jealous of them or something and don't respect it. 5.Share any other thoughts that you may have. In the end, it's all about what important to you, whether it's any value of yours, as long as you know you're not harming anyone. You don't have to be sad or disappointed if that value isn't respected. Everyone has different ideas, and some will agree with you on your activities and behaviours while others may disagree.
