The personal statement is an opportunity for you to further explore how your own experiences, beliefs and attitudes might impact your approach to individuals with FASD. This statement will also offer you an opportunity to see how you have learned and expanded your perspective over the duration of the course.

This personal statement is drawn directly from your lived experience you are not required to reference readings from the course; however, should you choose to tie in any materials (readings from the course or other materials you have read on your own), you must cite and reference these materials as you would in any academic work.
