Write a convincing speech that describes “the age of…” Problem, and make suggestions on how the new principles will create a change. Speak to the benefits of the principles, make suggestions for training (be specific), and the next steps. Add any reasonable details necessary to build your case. Use the three-step writing process to develop and write your persuasive business speech using the aida model when creating this speech. The ideas conveyed in your speech should be clear and free from ambiguity and perform an important function in fostering good relationships with others. 

Edit your speech, save it with your name in the following format lastname__firstname_finalexam, and upload it to the appropriate folder in the d2l dropbox. The speech is no more than two (2) pages in length (not including cover page) and includes apa format.
