Identifying Parties in a Legal Case

The assignment has 5 parts. You are required to:
  (a) Identify the parties in the case
  (b) identify the issues before the court. That is, what questions is the courts being asked to determine.
 (c) Provide a summary of the material facts in the case. (b) and (c) may be in reverse order if you wish. That is, you can do summary of the case before identifying the issues, if you wish.
(d) Delineate the decision of the court and summarize briefly the reasons for the court’s decision.
(e) Do you agree or disagree with the decision and why? I need you to explain fully your rationale for agreeing or disagreeing with the court’s decision.
