Using the WBS and RACI matrix from your LO6 assignment, make any changes that you see fit.
Decide on a duration for each task using any of the estimation techniques that we learned in class.
Decide n the dependencies between each task using the dependencies that we learned in class, focusing primarily on FS relationships.
Take all of this information and construct a Network Diagram using the AON method covered in this class showing the complete schedule of this project.
Use this format for the nodes in your Network diagram:

You may draw your network diagram manually or you can use MS Word, Excel, Paint or other such software. You CANNOT use MSProject software to complete this assignment.
Use arrows to clearly show sequencing and task relationships.
Your activity sequencing must be logical.
Your network must contain at least one merge and one burst activity.
Find and highlight the critical path on your network.
Ensure that the total project duration is clearly indicated in addition to showing in the AON network.
Complete a Forward Pass to determine the Early Start and Early Finish times and indicate these times in your network diagram.
You DO NOT need to complete a Backward Pass to determine the Late Start and Late Finish times. 
If you have drawn your network diagram manually, you can take a picture of it and submit that. Please ensure that your picture is high enough resolution to be easily viewable for marking. Take the time to redraw your assignment to ensure it is clean and easy to mark.
Submit the Network Diagram to the appropriate dropbox for marking.

You have created a Network Diagram using proper AON format as discussed in this course. It is clear and easy to follow.
Your network diagram conveys logical dependencies and durations.
You have included at least one logical merge activity (other than end) and one logical burst activity (other than start).
You have boldly highlighted the critical path and clearly indicated total project duration.
You have accurately completed the forward passes to calculate the ES/EF times.
