- Part 1: Interviews: Please define a plan to conduct Interviews for your Primary Research. In this part identify if you were to conduct In Person interviews for your research project how you would do so in relation to choosing appropriate sample of the population, identifying target area or areas of interview and the interview process itself (Structured / Unstructured). What are the things you need to do to eliminate Bias from this Interview process. The interview will be based upon the Questionnaire you create in Part 3 of this document. You can use the Lecture content and Textbook Chapter on Interviews as a source of reference for this section.
- Part 2: Observations: Using the knowledge acquired from Lecture notes and textbook content for Observations, please document a plan to conduct an observation to support your Project research. Identify the location of observation, method of observation and what you expect to achieve by conducting this Primary Research. Also document as a researcher what can you do to minimize the Hawthorne Effect of Observations.
- Part 3: Questionnaires: Using the knowledge acquired from Lecture notes and textbook content for Observations, please document a plan to design a Questionnaire to support Part 1 (interviews) of your Primary Research. This Questionnaire should consist of a minimum of 5 Questions, using different rating and ranking scales we studied in class. Use at least 3 different scale types for this purpose. Please ensure your Questions are not Biased and they are not Leading questions. Also ensure Questions are properly worded and make sense in relation to your Project Objective.
