In this assignment, you will review the Bruce McArthur serial murder investigation (Project Houston and Project Prism) out of Toronto, Ontario. You will be responsible for researching the details of the case, then addressing the outcomes of this module in relation to the McArthur investigation:

Remember...this is an analytical research essay on a serial murder police investigation with code names Project Houston and Project Prism (these are not units).
