Read the business case. Every member should read the business case individually. 2.Connect with your group. Groups of 4?5 students have been assigned. Decide on acommunication medium (i.e. e?mail, WhatsApp, Zoom) and select a Group Lead whoshould be the primary communicator.
3. Create a Group Charter. Describe the rules of conduct and set expectations for your
group. You should specifically note any behaviour that would cause a member to be
evaluated poorly.
Guidelines for Group Assignment #1 and #2 – Case Study 4. Identify Organizational Behaviour Issues. Your group must agree on two or three issuesin the business case that you will analyze, propose solutions for, and make a finalrecommendation for in a written report.
5. Prepare for and write the report which demonstrates your ability to apply course concepts as a tool for analysis of a real?life situation. Reports must analyze the casestudy following the outline in section 6.0.
4.0 Project Guidelines
? Divide the analysis and preparation of the report among group members. Not all sections require the same amount of work.
? Before handing in your report, check to make sure that you have covered all points that are required in the outline in section 6.0.
? Reports should be completed like a detailed and professional business report, with correct spelling and grammar.
4.0 Non?Performers
In addition to building analytical skills, group work allows students to develop skills in teamwork and leadership. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that groups work together to solve differences. Noncontributing, plagiarizing, or disruptive individuals should be rated as such on theconfidential Peer Evaluation Form. Peer ratings are used to calculate 50% of anindividual’s grade for the group report. Aboveaverage contributors receive individual marks that are higher, while below?average contributors receive marks that are lower. In extreme cases of non?performance or plagiarism, individuals will receive a grade of zero for the entire group report at the Instructor’s discretion.
