Mind Map

This assignment is designed to extend your learning beyond the classroom and prepare you to achieve your longer-term learning and career goals through exploring relevant volunteer and other work opportunities.

1. Research volunteer and entry level work opportunities that are directly related to your preferred life identified in the Goals, Priorities, and Motivation

2. Create a mind map that represents at least 3 different work opportunities derived from your research. Ensure you show explicit connections between each experience and your preferred future.

Note:

At least one experience must be within the KPU community (e.g. peer tutoring; conference event etc.). One other experience can be a job that you currently hold. You can be as creative as you’d like with this depiction. You can hand draw and take an image or use any type of technology.

-Post your mind map in PDF format to the Mind Map Forumon Moodle so your classmates can view it. Include a reference list that includes a link to each organization identified in your mind map.

Evaluation:

The mind map is worth 5% and be marked for completion (Completion and Non-Completion)
