You will be writing an individual paper focussed on a psychosocial hazard, specifically the topic of Workplace Bullying. You need to think of the answers from the employee who is feeling bullied, the employee who is bullying and the organizational culture. You are expected to have read Chapter 1 - 7 power point slides as well as the chapters in the textbook. In addition, you must research the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as CSA Z1003-13. Your assignment is to be written from your perspective as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist. One question to think about is how this material has increased your awareness of the importance of occupational health and safety in the workplace
