In chapter 10 of your textbook, there are several case studies that describe organizations that have had ethical issues. Your task is to develop an ethical strategy for one of these organizations. You can view these case studies in the section titled "Key Ethical Issues Involving Multiple Stakeholders" included in chapter 10 of your textbook. You should also conduct additional research about the organization to better understand how the leadership structure and organizational culture influenced its ethical behavior.  The strategy should be written as though it’s an internal document, created by the executive team and disseminated to all employees.

Create an ethical strategy with the following sections (3 pages max – Calibri 12 point font, single spaced):

1. Introduction: Write a short introduction that outlines the purpose of the strategy and identifies the reasons why ethics should be central to the organization. (100 words max)

2. Ethical principles: Create your own version of the MBA Oath discussed in Week 3 by identifying and outlining 5 core ethical principles that should guide all employee and business conduct. (200 words max)

3. Stakeholders:list 5 stakeholders representing different levels within the company and define their main concern or interest. (200 words max)

4. Organizational Culture:Describe the desired ethical culture that you seek to achieve with this strategy and define the organizational climates that make up this culture. Explain the steps that will be used to achieve this organizational culture. (200 words max)

5. Ethical Misconduct: Define each of the following examples of ethical misconduct and use scenarios from your case company to illustrate each concept. Create 5 policies to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of the examples of ethical misconduct listed below. Policies may address multiple issues at once: (300 words max)

a. Discrimination

b. Conflict of Interest

c. Harassment & Bullying

6. Data Management:Using the course material, provide examples of how data can be misrepresented. List 3 data management policies to reduce biased data interpretation. (100 words max)

Plagiarized assignments will receive a mark of zero on the assignment and a failing grade on the course and may also receive a permanent note of plagiarism on your academic record.
