§The legal, ethical, and professional responsibilities of nurses in relation to the topic (including relation to the CNA Code of Ethics for nurses, and CARNA Practice Standards for Regulated Members). The role(s) of the nurse in current practice, and in achieving your recommendation(s), related to the topic.

oHow were you feeling when the event started
oWhat were you thinking about at the time
oHow did other people make you feel
oWhat do you think about it now

Clearly and thoughtfully describes the evaluation of the experience; concisely includes:
owhat was good about the experience and
owhat did not go well in the experience
