Linking Performance Management and Onboarding/Training: A Manager's Perspective

Journal 03 Task: Based on the lecture and class discussion on “Chapter 06 (Onboarding and Training)” and “Chapter 07 (Performance Management),” please describe how you will link performance management with onboarding and training as a manager or HR personnel at your organization. You must use the new concepts we learned in class (NOT from the Internet). Please use the following structure: Objective: What will you be discussing in your paper? What is that you learned? What caught your attention about this? (Looking for new knowledge) Reflective: Why did you learn this new knowledge? How do you identify with it? Does it really say something about you? If so, what does it say? (Looking for new knowledge) Interpretive: What does it mean to you? What insights did you get from the lecture and the activity?
