a. Is Dawson subject to the provisions of the Hong Kong Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (POBO) in any business dealings outside of Hong Kong? Provide a brief explanation of your decision.

c. Is Dawson subject to the provisions of Chapter 5 of the Ghana Criminal Offences Act (GCOA) in any business dealings in Ghana? Provide a brief explanation of your decision with reference to the applicable section(s) of the GCOA.

d. If Dawson agreed to make additional payments to public officials in Ghana to gain favourable outcomes from the contract award process, would that be a violation of the GCOA? Provide a brief explanation of your decision with reference to the applicable sections of the GCOA
