Your view on this force. Is the rivalry strong, for example, in the industry you selected i.e. lots of competition?

Does the impact of the force increase profitability or reduce it? For example, if the industry you choose has strong rivalry (lots of competition) that would make the industry less profitable-a negative impact. Note that some forces could have a positive impact while others are negative.
