Should Canada provide a constitutional right to own guns?

1. Many believe that the United States Constitution grants a constitutional right to its citizens to own guns of all types. Do you think that Canada should provide a similar right to its citizens? What are the advantages and disadvantages of creating such a right?

2. Should Canada re-instate the death penalty? For which offences? What is the experience in other countries? What are the advantages (if any) and disadvantages of the death penalty? What do you think?

What is the reason for the specific provisions in these contracts? If people read them carefully, would they sign them so readily? Are they fair?
