Effective Organizational Behaviour for Managing a Multigenerational Workforce

Task:

1. Read the following article from the Globe and Mail, “With 4 generations in the workplace, employers expected to juggle vastly different expectations”. Found here 

At the end of the article, the author writes: "There is an opportunity and potential to learn from one another, to complement each other and share that respective knowledge and expertise. Each generation brings a unique set of skills that others can benefit from. 

2. You were recently hired as an HR Manager for a large corporation who is dealing with the same issues discussed in the article above.  Based on what you have learned so far, how would use effective Organizational Behaviour to motivate your varied employees and drive organizational effectiveness.  

3. Write a 4-6 page short report using headings and sub headings as a guide.  Your short report should include: Introduction; body; conclusion, and a Reference page
